Ann Arbor School of Yoga (walking distance on Huron near 3rd): single yoga classes
The Movement Center (walking distance on Washington near Ashley): single classes and private session for Gyrotonic and Pilates

Two night minumum stay on weekends. Three night minimum stay for U-M Graduation weekend.

December - January: 15% OFF rates, two night minumum is waved.

For less than full house rental, we offer rooms to those 15 and older (under 18 with parent). We welcome babies and children if you choose to rent the whole house. With advanced arrangements, we will allow a dog with whole house rental (security deposit required).

Washington House is a non-smoking facility. No smoking inside the building, porch or on the grounds of the Inn. If you have booked the entire house, then you may smoke on the porch or garden.

Check in: between 4 pm and 11 pm. We cannot accept check-in arrivals later than 11 pm.

Check out: 11 am. Generally, we can be flexible on check-out if you have special requests. Please speak with Sarah.

Please be aware that we have two friendly, although large, dogs.

Owner lives on premises.

Please note: I BELIEVE THAT MY GUESTS ENJOY THEIR PRIVACY SO IT IS MY PRACTICE NOT TO CHANGE OR MAKE BEDS EACH DAY. HOWEVER, IF A GUEST HAS A REQUEST, I DO MY BEST TO ACCOMMODATE. GUESTS WILL FIND ALL-COTTON SHEETS, ORGANIC FOODS AND A COMFORTABLE, RELAXED ATMOSPHERE. Whether you are here for business or just to relax and enjoy Ann Arbor, I'll do my best to ensure that you enjoy your stay!

Reservation / Cancellation policy: We require a credit card number to hold your reservation. Cancellation within less than 10 days of reservation will result in forfeit fee of 100% of room cost.
