Whole House Rental of Washington House is also available for up to 7 people. Beautifully landscaped yard is ideal for weddings and events. Two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, living, dining and full Chef's Kitchen. Parking lot, front porch and back deck. Great for meetings, retreats. Easy walk to downtown and campus. Contact us for details and pricing. $500/night standard includes up to 5 people. Min. 2 nights on weekends. Additional guests $150 each up to total of 7 in the house. (No blow-up mattresses, sleeping on couch, etc.)

The incredible Chef's Kitchen at Washington House was added in 2011. Guests can either enjoy the luxury of cooking for themselves in this fully-appointed kitchen, or Sarah can arrange for you to have a local chef cook for you and / or teach you signature dishes. Please inquire.

We welcome babies and children if you choose to rent the whole house. With advanced arrangements, we will allow a dog with whole house rental (security deposit required).
