Two night minumum stay on weekends. Three night minimum stay for U-M Graduation weekend.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We welcome babies, children, and your pet if you choose to rent the whole Washington House.

The Burnt Toast Inn is a non-smoking facility. No smoking inside the building, porch or on the grounds of the Inn. If you have booked the entire house, then you may smoke on the porch or in garden.

Check in: between 4 pm and 6 pm, preferred time (call if delayed!). We cannot accept check-in arrivals later than 11 pm. Arrivals after 12 midnight will be charged an addition of 50% of that night's rate.

Check out: 11 am. Generally, we can be flexible on check-out if you have special requests. Please speak with Sarah.

Please be aware that we have two friendly, although large, dogs.

Owner lives on premises.

Please note: I BELIEVE THAT MY GUESTS ENJOY THEIR PRIVACY SO IT IS MY PRACTICE NOT TO CHANGE OR MAKE BEDS EACH DAY. HOWEVER, IF A GUEST HAS A REQUEST, I DO MY BEST TO ACCOMMODATE. GUESTS WILL FIND ALL-COTTON SHEETS, ORGANIC FOODS AND A COMFORTABLE, RELAXED ATMOSPHERE. Whether you are here for business or just to relax and enjoy Ann Arbor, I'll do my best to ensure that you enjoy your stay!

Reservation / Cancellation policy: We require a credit card number to hold your reservation. Cancellation within less than 10 days of reservation date will result in forfeit a 100% charge of room cost.
