Located in Ann Arbor's historic Old West Side, the Washington House is perfect for outdoor weddings, Bat Mitzvah, Bar Mitzvah, graduation (hold your own private party), defending dissertation, communion, etc. Outdoor site is appropriate for small intimate weddings and gatherings or up to 150 guests.

private use of full Washington House, grounds, parking lot. $500/night plus $500/weekend (up to 4 nights) for grounds use.
sleeps 5 - 8 people in 3 bedrooms
optional use of Burnt Toast Inn on Washington Street (2 blocks away, easy walk) to sleep an additional 6 - 9 people in 4 bedrooms (for an additional fee; subject to availablity)
